Conditions of sale

 

Orders/Delivery
All orders are accepted by the Consultant subject to availability and payment. Delivery will normally be made within 7-10 days of receipt of your order from the party Host, subject to the receipt by the Consultant of any outstanding payment.

 

Cancellation/Refund
If you wish to cancel the contract you must do so in writing and deliver
personally or send (which may be by electronic mail) this to the person named below. You may use the form on the back of the order form if placed with a consultant if you want to, but you do not have to.
This right can be exercised by sending or delivering a written notice of
cancellation to My VitaBella Ltd within the period of seven days from the date of this contract, as stated on the invoice/order form. Notice of cancellation is deemed to be served as soon as it is posted or sent to My VitaBella Ltd or, in the case of a written electronic communication, from the day it is sent to My VitaBella Ltd.

For postal cancellations, we recommend that this be sent by recorded delivery. If you cancel this contract any sum paid by you or on your behalf under this contract shall be refunded to you but if you have received the products you ordered you must return these products at your own cost and, provided you have taken reasonable care of them, you will be entitled to be repaid the amount you paid for these products. You will be repaid once we have received the goods back.

 

Guarantee/Exchange/Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your VitaBella products, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item purchased in its original condition, within 21 days of purchase to the Independent Consultant mentioned on your order form. My VitaBella Ltd. (Unit 16, Roundhouse Court, Chorley, PR7 7JN) will refund or exchange any item showing a manufacturing defect which is returned to the Independent Consultant within a reasonable period of time.

Please note that the Independent Consultant does not have any authority to bind My VitaBella Ltd and that My VitaBella Ltd. accepts no liability for the acts or defaults of any of its Independent Consultants.
The My VitaBella Ltd. guarantee and your rights of cancellation are without prejudice to your statutory rights.

Consultant Status
Please note that the Independent Consultant does not have any authority to bind My VitaBella Ltd and that My VitaBella Ltd. accepts no liability for the acts or defaults of any of its Independent Consultants.

 

Data Protection
We take your privacy extremely seriously. We will not pass your personal information to any third party or use it for any other purpose than that stated herein. By providing your title, name, surname, postal address, email, phone, mobile and bank details (in short “Personal Information”) on the Customer Order Form and by placing your order, you explicitly agree and consent for your Personal Information to be used by the Consultant and passed to, used and store securely anywhere in the world by My VitaBella Ltd. for the purposes of processing your order, including processing exchanges, returns, refunds, complaints or statistical and business analysis, as we as for sending to you marketing communications, to the receipt of which you have for the time being explicitly consented to on your order form. My VitaBella Ltd. will hold details of your name, contact details and purchases. Should the consultant named on your order form cease to be a My VitaBella Ltd consultant, you agree that your name and address may be passed on to another Independent Consultant. My VitaBella Ltd acts as a data controller of this information for Data Protection Services
